These terms govern your use of the Pomofast website and iOS app. By using Pomofast, you agree to them.

Using Pomofast

You may use Pomofast for lawful personal or business productivity. You must not interfere with the service, probe or bypass its security, upload unlawful content, misuse another person’s account, or use automated access that burdens the service.

Accounts

The iOS app does not require an account, but you may create or use a Pomofast account to synchronize tasks with the website. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping its credentials secure and for activity under it. Account names must not impersonate others or violate their rights.

Your content

You retain ownership of tasks and other content you provide. You give Pomofast a limited permission to host, process, copy, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service, protect it, and comply with law.

Our service

Pomofast and its software, design, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred to you. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit access to protect the service or other users.

No professional advice

Pomofast is a productivity tool, not medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice. Use it in a way that is appropriate for you.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pomofast is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pomofast and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or productivity.

Apple-specific terms

If you use the iOS app, these terms are between you and Pomofast, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and is not responsible for the app or related claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Termination and changes

You may stop using Pomofast at any time. We may suspend access for material violations of these terms or risks to the service. We may update these terms, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
